JUSTICE CASTILLE DECIDED: March 23, 1995 The sole issue before this Court is whether appellant's trial counsel was ineffective for failing to correct an allegedly ""defective nolo contendere plea colloquy or move for withdrawal of the pleas on these grounds where the defendant was never advised of the maximum aggregate sentence which could be imposed."" For the reasons expressed below, we affirm the Superior Court's affirmance of the judgments of sentence.
